Fussy me

After hours spending on the net finding the right, nice suitable template for my blog, I've finaly found the well, not say the nicest one but oklaa I like it. And in the end.... arghh I don't know how to put it in!!! Sigh.. so frustrated.
Oh about the new blog look, "Innocent Paws" doesn't sound right. I can't think of any other names. I've got a cbox but I don't know how to put it in here.

An incident of me being a perfectionist (during the 1st rehearsal at EQ Hotel for This Love consert):
The timing of the sign language dancers were all not the same!! It was so unbearable for me to see them doing even the slightest mistake. So I smiled at them and told them how to do it. Oh man... how embarrasing but I couldn't help myself! Don't know them some more HAHA me being thick-skin. I could feel the weirdness rising in them. But I'm glad that they did a really good performance during the consert. So proud of them. They are happy too. We even made friends! Ahahaha well that is the good part of it!

When it comes to dancing, I'm the one who will always point out the most mistakes and will ask alot, alot of questions to make other people's and my move perfect.

Being a perfectionist sucks at first but then I learned that being one will somehow benefit the future. Thank you God for creating me like this!

For now I am planning to buy a cell phone below RM400. I hope I won't take such a long time to choose. :P Do you have any suggestions?

TCC Church Camp

1-4 June 2007. Cathy, Jien and I went to fraser's hill for Ps. Les's church camp to conduct the children's camp. Early in the morning 6am went to the bus station. Jien managed to sleep for bout 1 hour only. Pity him. LOL. We took the bus to Tampin-reached bout 6.45am-so fast. Ps Philip the camp speaker fetched us to Fraser's. He's friendly+ have a nice car that starts on its on-so cool!!)

Look at the mist. So nice!! So nice! We stayed in Fraser's Silverpark Resort

Jien playing pass the electricity with the kids.

Cathy-one of the KIDS... Muahahaha

She'll be a really good mother. She's able to put active Elyon to sleep!!

The man in the background is Ps. Philip

Yeap, He loves to bite.

Facinated by the cup.

Doing stunts. Strong teeth aye? Cutie.

The big huge flower which could be Elyon's hat. There are pink ones too but kept forgetting to take a picture of it. Just use your imagination to turn it to pink.

The clock tower before the vines grew

Now, presenting the hairy clock tower.

Everyday it rained. Since it was the 2nd last day of the camp, Jien and I could not wait any longer. So we took an umbrella(which we then realize have holes) and walked. Horse riding was his aim.

Me with the clock tower under the rain.

After such a long time, we finally reached the horse riding site. Ishh it was just a circle around those plants. The horse couldn't come out because it was raining. With disappointment, we went back to the resort, very wet. No use having an umbrella. My shoes were soaked wet. I didn't bring my flip flops so I wanted to borrow Ps Philip's which was in the car.

To walk to the car, I wore red plastic bags as "shoes". That was the first time I heard Jien laughing so hard. Never did I hear him laugh like that before. So we went into the lift talking and commenting on the plastic bag shoe. Then the lift opened. Two men entered the lift!! No one has entered the lift before. Jien, Cathy and I burst out laughing. The two man must be wondering why. HAHA they looked confused. We never stopped laughing till we reached the car.

Plastic bag shoes. In the end, Jien wore Ps. Philip's slippers and I wore his. So big.

Jien wanted to take a picture with his adorable Ian. When I lift up the camera, suddenly 6 other boys were with him. (Ian: boy in blue checkered shirt)

The kids presenting their dance taught by us!! SO PROUD!!

Us with Sara, Ian, Nigel and Ellie. All of them are siblings. Each of them are so cute.
Cathy's favourite: Nigel( in green) and Ellie which she is hugging
Jien's favourite: Ian
My favourite: Ellie
Sara is the smartest in our class. Always answers questions. Nigel is Elysia's ex-boyfriend. She dumped him. Nigel acts in the Scott's Emulsion advertisement.

Me and Ellie!! The adorable, cute, little girl.

Cat and I camwhoring just before going to bed.

Me and Elaine. The one and only twelve year old. (She looks older than 12)

While we were cleaning up, I spotted a beetle. HUGE bettle. Compare it with the bag!

Me: "Jien come come and see!!"
Walks slowly
Me: "FASTER!!"
Jien: "It's moving!!"
Took lots of picture of it.

LOL. Below are us trying to take a picture. We need to be fast because Elyon was moving lots!

Even me and Cathy need to squeeze Elyon with our heads. This picture is perfect but... Jien why you so tall??

Jien's head cut off again.

err... canlah. The flash too bright d... In this picture we look like small kids. Almost all the kids and youth guessed we were 20 to 30 over years old!! So old meh??

Jien never gave up to take picture with his adorable Ian. Still got distractions.

Finally....
mission accomplished!

Wanted to take pic with cute Ellie! ALONE!

Yay!! But she didn't look at the camera. Ayia...

Us with the youth.

Then, I realised... we never took a picture of three of us before!!!
-Just before heading back-

Discover Your True Learning Potential Workshop

This workshop I attended was a very enjoyable one. Aunty Maggie was the one who taught us. There, we learn how to study in our own unique way. At first, each and everyone of us had to do an analysis. The questions are super hard!! I have to answer them fast without thinking. These are the results of the analysis.

BRAIN STYLE:
Holistic information processing
(Explains why I always ask questions)
I need the overview first before I can start learning. I also need to know the reasons for doing it. Most of the time I don’t want to be bothered with details-prefer knowing the big picture.
Reflective (takes a long time to get work done)
I like to take my time thinking about an assignment before tackling it. When I’m rushed or under pressure, I cannot think clearly.

SENSES:
Self-talk (auditory - internal)
Yea, agree...always talking to myself...in my head
I find it much easier to concentrate or learn when I can have an inner dialogue about the new material. My overall understanding increases and my memory improves with such self-discussions.
Watching (visual - external)(don't expect me to know exactly what you TELL me, SHOW me)
Looking at things, watching what's going on and absorbing what I see is very important for my learning success. I need to see how things are done.
Imagination (visual - internal)so if u c me laughing non-stop or for no reason I am My understanding of new material increases when I visualise what I’ve seen, heard, read or done.
Tactile
Handling study aids helps me concentrate. When I learn, read or concentrate, I really like to involve my hands. I also enjoy making things for school projects and I often fiddle with pens or other things.
Kinesthetic (action, doing/experiencing)
I learn best through physical experiences and love learning situations that require practical involvement. To remember and understand I need to be active with my body.
Kinesthetic (internal/intuition)
I rely on my intuition or gut feeling during the learning process. For best results, I need to feel good about the things I study.

CLASSROOM AND HOME:
Quiet

I need a very quiet environment while studying or reading because even slight noises tend to disrupt my concentration.
Cool temperature I like to study in cooler temperatures. If I’m too warm, I feel uneasy and find it difficult to learn and concentrate.

SOCIAL:
Peers

I prefer to work or learn with like-minded students. My study performance is best when I can exchange ideas or solve problems with a peer group.

Continuation of Mission Trip

hah... so long didn't update...
It's a gud thing I've written what had happen during mission trip.... but you know what? I've lost the book...arghhh I keep on losing important stuff.... like IC, handphone, my lovale pen which has my name on it, my earing, necklace, my sis's watch!! arghh feel bad... my cat(bluff cat)-ended up in my best friend's house. I am very FORGETFUL... arghhh!!!

Ok summary for the mission trip: It was so nice there. I've learn alot from those kids. Most of them got flu there.... there's one boy bout 3 yrs old.... his eyes got dunno what problem. His mother is mute, at first me and Rach thought she was crazy... coz once she hold the parang up in the air... so scary!! Hahahaha summore Rach can ask me to don't look at her, fearing she might come chasing after you!! Hahahaha... funny experience... we walked as fast as we could when we walked pass by her. Ok this boy-only child the women got. The rest of her children died. I dunno whats the cause. So... this boy got flu n eye problem. When it comes to eating time, saw this boy's nose got cendol, long-long cendol from his nose... so I took the tissue and wiped(I don't usually do this for people). And i turn the tissue over and looked!! Ewwww, ewwww -I almost vomitted!!! The moken lady who was watching me laughed at me...haiz.... That was the last day/second last day of the trip.

The next day I got flu and fever. Got no appetite to eat. Somemore went to super nice buffet dinner in Phuket. Cannot enjoy the food cause always feeling very full although never eat. After dinner we went shopping!! Bought 3 earings. Then the next day, last day in Thailand, went shopping again. Bought 2 billabong shirts and one white skirt. Oh! our McD nicer than theirs!! WUHUU bangga!! Malaysia Boleh!! Then we went back to Malaysia!! Yes! so good to be back in your own country... where you can understand what people is talking.

Mission Trip is the best!! Wanna go again this year.... What if this year Youth and Young adults go? It will be so fun!! For those who are curious where we stay in... no we didn't stay with the people on the island, but in a chalet like that. Everyday go eat outside and buy breakfast from 7/11. Oh hahaha their ATM machine got music!! Wonder what is that for? To calm down people when they take out their cash?
